Cruel Murder 2…
Friday time - A New movie release - Yippiee... its time for Farhan Aktar and Hrithik Roshans Zindagi na Milegi Dobara... We planned for a late night show which starts at 10.45pm for this new release, reaching there at 9; we noticed a house full for the show. I had a strong urge to see new release, so we decided for Murder 2. I already read few reviews of the movie, stating the movie fair. Being imran's sequel with Jacqueline I was excited about all the factors of the movie.
After leaving cinema hall at 1.10, I was left with no words, no thoughts from the movie. Whenever you come out of movie, someway the message is always left behind from the movie. About Murder 2, if you ask direction, acting, music everywhere the movie does quite well. Actors and villian are the role models which take away the movie. Still the movie has nothing good to tell. Jacqueline body is faboulous; Imran stands par his role since his inception into character. Movie had both postures - Good and Bad. Even If I rate few factors GOOD, the rest of them are so BAD, it drops a Shit.
Few scenes were so cruel and brutal, I might have roared/cried. Just before the end, character named Reshma somehow escapes her death and reaches out safely, thus giving a relief to the audience that gal has finally reached safely at some temple, suddenly in the very next scene her cruel death by villain inside temple, leaves so depressed and irritating, even when police was just nearby. Also the motive of villain was quite unexpected to even think of, in real life it an hyperbole.
Jacqueline was good in her character and plays strong bold character, Imran holds the movie for long. My expectation of Mahesh bhatt scattered badly after watching movie. Most irritating part was I paid for 3 tickets 450/- INR for ma friends to Murder 2 as Zindagi na Milegi Dobara was out of stock. Better I would have paid cash to ma frnds as compensation for not booking tickets online for the ZNMD.

Philantrophy - II
Philanthropy - II
People have slowly started realizing the importance of Giving. Initially "Joy of Giving Week" made a good attempt with explaining why giving is Important. My earlier blog on Philanthropy talked about implementation issues with Philanthropy, Going ahead, same is the major concern in our country. In US 75% of Individuals and Corporate contribute for Giving. Whereas in India its merely 10%. However the numbers will change in years, awareness amongst people is increasing.
World being small place to live in have loads of issues to be taken care of. Balance can only be made when a tradeoff between Excess and Deficit will be made. As energy can only be transformed from one form to another, same is in terms of wealth. Credit is always a debit for the opposite party. In the same way it’s actually a responsibility of Millionaires and Billionaires to take such responsibility who have everything in excess. Many such Business tycoons have already done so. Human life is Mortal, Helping hands can always come from other humans only. Tsunami and Earth Quake in Japan needs human help Desperately...
Money/Financial aid is not just the items to be given/donated. Corporate started with giving notebooks / part of their time to children education, and many more. Talking about Giving in terms of Human Nature, Recently Government is Improving and Easing the process of Organ Donations, which is next essential kind of Giving... Blood Donations when started went for a toss, but media and social initiatives have made it happening. For philanthropy in human touch, Organ donation may grow next. Yes I say it’s a kind of philanthropy.
Since couple of weeks reading Mint, I have realized that philanthropist he himself has to be responsible for the upliftment of that section where he focuses on. He has to be responsible for the end to end impact of that sector. Philanthropist organizations do have a role to play but organization is formed by individuals themselves. If philanthropist will be completely responsible for an end to end impact, the implementation process becomes wiser and fast. Every city has different problems and different focus. Hence implementation for any scheme/event will differ.
If any Philanthropist works for Children education, Next Time if I see a Child Beggars along the roadside I will Ask Him the Question over the same. He has to ensure the needy get the share from his donation. End Result should be upliftment of those areas where the philanthropist has invested time and money. What I want to make a point is responsibility and accountatbility of the giving should be made strongly. End results should be verified if it has made a correct impact or not.
I see still a long way needs to be covered yet for philanthropy across our country. We still need Strong Leaders, planners…..
